    L&D Development Programmes:

 

Since its inception in 2004, Peak Practice has collaborated with a varied range of client companies from the Public, Private and Not for Profit sectors delivering highly practical and relevant workshops that measurably enhance performance.

 

All our programmes have a high element of hands-on activity which challenges delegates to test their problem solving skills, initially by reviewing case studies and subsequently in active role play simulations involving skilled actors specifically engaged by Peak Practice.

 

Not only is the use of role play a more genuine method for assessing competence, it is invariably regarded, by deleagtes, as one of the most enjoyable aspects of the workshops.

 

 


 

People management represents the most complex aspect of a manager's activities and yet they are often ill prepared for the challenges they face.

 

Our programmes cover a diverse range of topics that operational managers invariably require to be effective. By allowing a manager to operate without adequate training or coaching in the management of people, leaves the manager and the organisation exposed to considerable risk.
