Course Content -Objective Setting & Appraisal 

 

Programme Overview:

 

This programme is wide reaching in its objectives that cover the three prime components of the appraisal process:

 

  •  Objective setting
  •  Performance review, and
  •  Assessment of development needs

 

As with all our programmes the practical aspects are high and each delegate is required to participate in a role play simulation dealing with at least one aspect of the appraisal process.

 

Workshop Objectives -

 

By completion of the workshop, each delegate will:
