Course Content -Objective Setting & Appraisal 
Programme Overview:
This programme is wide reaching in its objectives that cover the three prime components of the appraisal process:
As with all our programmes the practical aspects are high and each delegate is required to participate in a role play simulation dealing with at least one aspect of the appraisal process.

Make clear that appraisal is not a once a year activity
Appreciate the key components of an Appraisal
Provide familiarity with company processes & documentation
