Programme Overview:

 

The success of managing in the workplace relies greatly upon the quality and professionalism of managers and their ability to optimise the potential of their team members. Many managers are taught to manage by applying the maxim of command and control, which is becoming less acceptable to savvy subordinate staff who are likely to react unfavourably to such an apporach.

 

By adopting Coaching techniques, managers more often achieve better results from employees. This two day programme focuses on developing the fundamental and basic skills of coaching for operational managers, providing delegates with confidence to adopt a more supportive and collaborative management style
